Frequently Asked Questions

1. How much does weekly pool service cost?
Complete Weekly Pool Service is $140 per month for standard residential pools that are:
Up to 15,000 gallons
Screen-enclosed
Equipped with a cartridge, sand, or saltwater system
Not green when service begins
If your pool falls outside these guidelines, we can provide a custom quote virtually using photos or video—or in person when needed.
2. Are standard chemicals, salt, filter cleanings, and salt cell cleanings included?
Yes. Standard pool chemicals and salt are included in your monthly price. We also include monthly filter cleanings and salt cell cleanings at least every six months at no additional charge.
They’re part of our Complete Weekly Pool Service—not surprise add-ons.
3. What happens if my pool is green before service begins?
A green pool requires a separate Green-to-Blue treatment before regular weekly service can begin. Treatments start at $200, depending on the pool’s condition.
We generally recommend an in-person assessment so we can inspect the water and equipment, identify potential causes, and provide an accurate quote.
4. Will my pool be serviced on the same day each week?
We assign your pool a regular weekly service day so you know when to expect us. Occasionally, severe weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may require us to adjust the schedule.
If your regular service day changes, we’ll communicate the adjustment with you.
5. Will the same technician service my pool every week?
Yes. AzulPro Pools is owner-operated, so your pool will be serviced by Rafael—not a rotating team of unfamiliar technicians.
That means you’ll have one consistent person who gets to know your pool, its equipment, and what it needs from week to week.
6. Do I need to sign a contract?
No. AzulPro Pools does not require a service contract. We believe you should stay because you’re happy with your pool service—not because you’re locked into an agreement.
If you decide to cancel, simply let us know.
7. How do I pay for pool service?
You’ll receive a digital invoice at the start of each month that can be paid securely online from your phone or computer. We accept any form of payment you prefer: Credit or debit card, ACH bank payment, check, or cash.
You can also keep your preferred payment method on file for automatic monthly payments, making it easy to stay current without having to remember to pay manually each month.
8. Do I need to be home while my pool is being serviced?
No. Most customers are not home during service. We only need safe access to the pool and equipment area on your scheduled service day.
If you have a gate, please make sure it is unlocked or provide an agreed-upon method of entry. We’ll close and secure the gate when service is complete.
9. What if it rains on my scheduled service day?
Light or ordinary rain usually does not prevent us from servicing your pool. However, service may need to be delayed during lightning, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions.
If weather prevents us from completing your scheduled visit, we’ll return as soon as it is safe and communicate any schedule changes with you.
10. How will I know my pool was serviced?
After every visit, you’ll receive a time-stamped digital service report that includes:
A photo from the visit
Your pool’s chemical readings
The services completed
Chemicals added
Any observations or recommendations
You’ll always know when we were there and exactly what was done.
11. How do you monitor my pool equipment, and what happens if you notice a problem?
We inspect your pool equipment during every weekly visit. This includes looking for visible leaks, unusual pressure, circulation problems, damaged components, and other signs that something may not be working properly.
If we notice a potential issue, we’ll document it, let you know what we found, and recommend the appropriate next step. AzulPro Pools does not currently perform equipment repairs, but we’ll make sure you understand the concern so you can have it addressed by a qualified pool repair professional.
12. What happens if my pool turns green or cloudy while under your care?
With consistent weekly care and properly functioning equipment, your pool should remain clear and balanced. If it does become green or cloudy while under our care, we’ll investigate the cause, explain what we find, and take the appropriate steps within our service to restore the water as quickly as possible.
If the issue resulted from something covered by your regular weekly service, we’ll correct it without charging you for a separate Green-to-Blue treatment.
If the problem was caused by an equipment failure, loss of circulation, severe weather, unusually heavy pool use, or another condition outside regular weekly maintenance, specialty chemicals or additional services may be needed. We’ll explain the recommended next steps and discuss any additional costs with you before moving forward.
