Hi, I'm Rafael.

Before starting AzulPro Pools, I worked as a civil engineer in São Paulo, Brazil. Engineering taught me to understand systems, solve problems efficiently, and pay close attention to details.

When I entered the pool industry, I quickly noticed something.

The problem isn't pool care.
The problem is how many companies choose to deliver it.

Keeping a pool clean and healthy isn't complicated when there's a clear process and a commitment to doing the basics exceptionally well. But too often, service is inconsistent. Communication is poor. Homeowners are left guessing what they're paying for and what was actually done.

Working for other companies showed me exactly what I didn't want AzulPro Pools to become. I saw disorganized scheduling. Unnecessary service visits. Inconsistent service, and technicians following the same routine instead of understanding what each pool actually needed.

I knew there had to be a better way. So I built AzulPro Pools around a simple philosophy:
